Gents and Ladies Styling, Techniques and Exercises
– If you have problem keeping the balance
– If you have problem spinning
– If you have problem keeping balance during your adorno
– If you have problem communicating with your partner
– If you feel you are stuck at same level for a long time,
please attend this workshop. You will do lots of exercises
All levels.
Please bring:
– a pair of dance shoes with heels (ladies)
– a pair of sweat pants, loose jeans and T-shirt
– a pair of contact lenses if you wear glasses
